My Favorite Avocado Recipes
I recently took my first trip to NYC to attend BlogHer12 with Avocado from Mexico!! I had a blast meeting fellow bloggers who I have chatted with online over the years. In between jammed packed informative sessions I got the chance to meet new bloggers who shared the same passion I did for blogging.
The best part was talking about what comes to their mind when they hear the words “Avocados from Mexico” and “What is your family favorite recipe with Avocado?” The answers were hilarious, touching and tasty. I tell you people really, really love avocados. Who doesn’t? Several of the people I interviewed asked me the same question, what is your favorite recipe? WOW… I love avocado on, over, stuffed, dripping on every plate I consume. It was hard to narrow down the selection, but here is it my top favorite recipes with avocados!
