					<description><![CDATA[Hate to be a downer, but milk is not  the best way to get calcium. Most often cows are fed antibiotics and gmo crops to eat (instead of grass - their natural food) which leads to e coli in the gut. Beans and vegetables are a better source of calcium, ,especially the green leafy types, kale and broccoli to name a few.

I am drying to try this bread with vegan substitutes. Thanks for the recipe.]]></description>
