4-5ouncesgrated piloncilloor 1cup dark brown sugar
1inchstrip of orange peelpith removed
Instructions
In a saucepan combine water, coffee, cinnamon stick, grated piloncillo and orange peel. Bring to a boil, stirring to melt piloncillo. Boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat, cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve warm.
