In a non stick saucepan combine coffee, brown sugar and ketchup bring to a boil. Reduce heat stir in onion powder, garlic powder, ancho chile powder, salt and pepper, simmer until sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once sauce has thickened to coat back of spoon, remove from heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Allow to cool.
