Tipsy Carrot Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • Ice
  • 4 small carrots tops trimmed and peeled

Instructions

  1. In large pitcher, mix first 5 ingredients. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with small carrots.
