Ingredients
5cupswater
½cuppure maple syrup
1cupcanned pumpkin puree
2cupsapple cider
Two cinnamon sticks
1star anise
1cuptequila reposado
Instructions
In a slow cooker combine the water, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, apple cider, cinnamon sticks, star anise and tequila reposado. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Ladle into mugs. Serve warm, garnished with a cinnamon stick (optional).
