Raspberry Tequila Martini

Raspberry Tequila Martini made with raspberry simple syrup, vermouth, and tequila blanco is a perfect for girls’ night or Sunday brunch.

Ingredients

  • For Raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries thawed
  • For Martini:
  • 1/2 ounce raspberry simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • Ice
  • fresh raspberries for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For raspberry simple syrup:

    Combine sugar, water, and raspberries in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat and use a spoon to lightly crush the raspberries until all sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat, allow to cool, and strain. Store in a canning jar in fridge for up to one week.

  2. To make raspberry tequila martini:

    To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add raspberry simple syrup, vermouth, and tequila blanco.

    Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, strain into glass. Garnish with additional raspberries and serve.
