Pineapple Carrot Pitcher Margaritas

Pineapple carrot pitcher margaritas made of fresh pineapple and carrot juice, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau hit the spot. Rimmed with a spicy tajin salt rim and topped with fresh carrots my pineapple carrot pitcher margaritas are sure to be a hit at your Easter celebration.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot juice
  • ΒΌ cup lime juice about 2 limes
  • 1 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • ice cubes
  • salt
  • tajin
  • carrot strips

Instructions

  1. On a small plate spread salt and tajin. Run a lime wedge around glasses. Dip glasses into salt.
  2. In a pitcher combine pineapple juice, carrots juice, lime juice, tequila, and Cointreau.
  3. Mix, pour into rimmed glasses filled with ice.
