In a saucepan add cranberries, water, cinnamon sticks, piloncillo, and orange juice. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, and piloncillo cone dissolves.

Allow it to cool, then remove cinnamon sticks.

Fill pumpkin punch bowl with ice.

Add cranberry syrup, tequila, vodka, or rum.

Add orange juice, then top to fill pumpkin with cranberry juice.
