Heat butter in large skillet over low heat.

Once butter has melted, add marshmallows, stir to coat, and allow to melt.

While marshmallows melt, dice conchas.

Once all marshmallows have melted sprinkle diced conchas over melted marshmallows, cover and remove from heat.

Serve hot cocoa, top with concha marshmallows.
