Slice pineapple in half.

Run a knife around pineapple, then with spoon remove pineapple flesh from pineapple.

Dice pineapple, set aside.

Line a baking sheet with paper towels.

Combine sugar and ground cinnamon.

Heat oil in skillet.

Carefully add duros in batches to hot oil, use spoon to stir duros. Duros will begin puffing up.

Remove duros, place on paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Warm dulce de leche.

Place pineapple on serving dish.

Place duros in pineapple, top with diced pineapple, and drizzle with warm dulce de leche.
