Mexican Cookie Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag of white chocolate chips
  • Assorted Mexican Cookies

Instructions

  1. Break cookies into pieces, set aside.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Microwave white chocolate chips on high until melted; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared pan and sprinkle with cookie pieces.
  6. Gently push down gently to set cookies pieces into chocolate.
  7. Set aside for at least 2 hours until firm or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  8. Break into pieces and serve at room temperature.
