In a bowl, mix the MASECA® flour with water and salt, until dough is smooth and doesn't stick to your hands.

If dough feels dry, add teaspoons of water, one at a time.

Once dough is ready, cover with a damp towel so it does not get dry.

Divide the dough into nine equal portions and form into little balls.

Take two plastic sheets to flatten the little balls with your hands, forming a huarache.

Cook each huarache on a hot griddle, for two minutes on each side.
