Chile – Honey Glazed Chicken

  • 1 canned chipotle in adobo chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts


  1. Mix together chopped chipotle, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat completely.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Prepare grill to medium high heat.
  5. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done.
