Ingredients

ounces
añejo tequila
2 ½
ounces
Cointreau
juice from ½ lime
2
tbsp
green-olive brine from the jar
¼
cup
fresh orange juice
lime wedges and olives
Instructions
To an ice-filled shaker add tequila, cointreau, lime juice, brine and orange juice. Shake vigorously.
Then strain into a small, chilled martini glass rimmed with salt.
Garnish with olive and lime wedges.
