Mexican Martini

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces añejo tequila
  • 2 ½ ounces Cointreau
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 2 tbsp green-olive brine from the jar
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • lime wedges and olives

Instructions

  1. To an ice-filled shaker add tequila, cointreau, lime juice, brine and orange juice. Shake vigorously.
  2. Then strain into a small, chilled martini glass rimmed with salt.
  3. Garnish with olive and lime wedges.
