Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal - Avena de Calabaza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp agave honey or sugar
  • pepitas optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except pepitas in saucepan on stove top.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all milk is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Taste for sweetness and add more sweetener of choice if needed.
  3. Garnish with pepitas.
