Jungle Bird Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz. Campari
  • 1 ½ oz. Dark Rum
  • 1 ½ oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • Pineapple Wedge

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
