Concha Martini

The creamiest, dreamiest cocktail made with Conchas is the ultimate Valentine’s Day cocktail. Concha Martini made with conchas, whipped vodka, amaretto, white chocolate liqueur and half and half.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces whipped vodka
  • 2 ounces amaretto
  • 2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
  • 4 ounces half and half
  • 1 concha diced
  • Concha for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place diced concha in a bowl with half and half, allow to steep for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge, strain when ready to make martinis.
  2. To make one concha martini: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces whipped vodka, 1 ounce amaretto, 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, and 2 ounces concha infused half and half. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into your prepared martini glass, garnish with concha slice.
