4ounceswhipped vodka
2ouncesamaretto
2ounceswhite chocolate liqueur
4ounceshalf and half
1conchadiced
Concha for garnish
Instructions
Place diced concha in a bowl with half and half, allow to steep for at least an hour or overnight in the fridge, strain when ready to make martinis.
To make one concha martini: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 2 ounces whipped vodka, 1 ounce amaretto, 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, and 2 ounces concha infused half and half. Shake vigorously.
Strain into your prepared martini glass, garnish with concha slice.
