Papaya Lime Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup pureed papaya

Instructions

  1. Pour the lime zest, lime juice into a large bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar and whisk to dissolve on low speed with hand mixer or with a whisk.
  3. Add the cream; softly whip on medium speed until thick and smooth but not stiff.
  4. Fold in papaya puree
  5. Spoon into an airtight container.
  6. Freeze overnight.
