Spicy Cranberry Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 13.3 oz H-E-B Sweet & Spicy Cornbread Mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the cornbread mix and milk together in a bowl; stir in fresh cranberries. Pour batter into a greased 9 inch cast iron skillet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown.
