RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT TEQUILA SOUR

Ruby red grapefruit juice combines with tequila, fresh lemon juice, agave, and egg white to create a luscious, creamy Ruby Red Grapefruit Tequila Sour.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces tequila Blanco
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce agave
  • 1 egg white room temperature
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Combine ruby red grapefruit juice, tequila, lemon juice, agave, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Fill halfway with ice, secure lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and top with grapefruit slice.
