7cupshorchata
2cinnamon sticks
4tablespoonsinstant espresso coffee powder or dark-roast coffee powder
1cupheavy cream
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonground cinnamon
3tablespoonssugar
Ground cinnamonoptional
Instructions
To a slow cooker add horchata, cinnamon sticks and instant espresso powder or dark roast coffee powder. Whisk, cover and set on low for 2 hours.
To make cinnamon whipped topping beat heavy cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and sugar in mixer until light and foamy.
Serve warm topped with cinnamon whipped cream and dusted with ground cinnamon, optional.
