Spicy Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 medium celery stalk, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced jalapenos
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pkg 6 count Rhodes Bake N Serve Artisan French Rolls

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Prepare rolls according to package.
  3. Slice rolls in half. Spread tuna on bottom half of roll. Top with the remaining half of the roll.
