1bunch radisheswashed, stems removed and sliced into matchsticks

1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonpepper

1tablespoonsriracha
1/3cupmayonnaise
Sliced brisketwarmed through
2baguettes or sub rollsliced
Pickled jalapenos
Cilantro
Instructions
In a large canning jar or plastic container with lid place onions, carrots and radishes, rice vinegar, water, ground coriander, pepper, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake to dissolve sugar. Allow to sit for at least ah an hour.
When ready to assemble mix sriracha and mayo. Spread sriracha-mayo on one side of bread, add sliced brisket, top with pickled vegetables, cilantro, and pickled jalapenos.
