CHOCOLATE DIPPED MEXICAN SUGAR WAFER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • MEXICAN SUGAR WAFER COOKIES
  • WHITE CHCOLATE CHIPS
  • SPRINKLES
  • PARCHMENT PAPER
  • BAKING SHEET

Instructions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave white chocolate chips on high until melted; stir until smooth.
  3. Dip the end of each of the wafer cookies into the melted chocolate.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
  5. Top with sprinkles.
  6. Set aside for at least 2 hours until firm or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  7. Let the chocolate harden before removing them from cookie sheet.
