Frozen Mango Margarita

Ingredients

  • For the cocktail:
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 4 ounces tequila blanco
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ ounces Cointreau
  • ½ cups ice water, if needed for blending
  • For serving:
  • Lime wedges for rimming the glass
  • Tajín

Instructions

  1. Run lime wedge around glass and rim with Tajin.
  2. To a blender add frozen mango chunks, tequila, lime juice and Cointreau.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, adding ice water if needed to help blender.
  4. Pour into the rimmed glasses.
