Pineapple Poblano Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 poblano pepper stem and seeds remove, finely diced
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a serving bowl, combine pineapple, poblano pepper, onion, and jalapeno.
  2. Add the lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Place in fridge until ready to serve. Stir in cilantro and serve with tortilla chips.
