Tilapia with Lemon Pepita Sauce

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • handful of pepitas


  1. Add olive oil to a nonstick pan over medium high heat.
  2. Pan sear the tilapia, about 4 minutes each side.
  3. Add lemon juice and butter. Serve alongside a easy black bean salad.
  4. Drizzle with lemon sauce and sprinkle with pepitas.
