Café con Leche

  • 2/3 cups ground coffee
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • Sugar to taste


  1. Add ground coffee to coffee press or pitcher, pour boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. If using pitcher strain.
  3. Place milk with cinnamon over medium heat and bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and steep for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and add the coffee to the milk.
  5. Add sugar to taste and serve warm.
