Coconut Blueberry Pops

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons agave optional
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Combine coconut water lime juice and agave; whisk to dissolve agave. Chill.


  1. If using Zoku:
  2. Remove Zoku Quick Pop Maker from the freezer. Insert sticks and place desired blueberries in mold (about 4 on each side) pour the chilled juice base into each cavity until you reach the fill line. Let freeze completely and remove the pops with the Super Tool. Repeat with remaining juice.
  3. If using a paleta mold:
  4. Pour fresh juice into your paleta mold, add blueberries and freeze for about 1 hour. Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 3 hours. To release paletas run your mold under warm water.
