Papaya Chia Jam

  • 1 pound papaya diced
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 4 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. Place the diced papaya, agave, fresh orange juice and salt in a blender. Process until smooth, add chia seeds and process until smooth. Transfer papaya jam to a container with lid and place in fridge for 20-30 minutes or overnight. Papaya jam will keep for one week, sealed in the fridge.
