Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line baking evenly with saltine crackers.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat bring butter and brown sugar to a boil, once it has reached boiling point, allow to bubble for two minutes, remove from heat and immediately pour over top of saltine crackers.
Carefully place baking sheet in oven and bake for 10minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips and allow to sit for two minutes then with an offset spatula evenly spread chocolate.
Once chocolate is evenly spread over the entire surface, sprinkle with pecans.
Cool completely and then place in fridge to harden. Slice, break apart and serve.
