Pineapple Margarita

tequila blanco

fresh lime juice

fresh pineapple juice

tablespoons
sugar

3/4
ounces
triple sec

Tajin for rimming

Ice

Lime and pineapple slices for garnish

Remove top from pineapple. Run a knife in a circle around the inside of the pineapple. Use a large spoon to scoop out the insides, set aside.

To a blender add 1 cup pineapple, sugar and ΒΌ cup water. Blend until smooth, strain.

Spread tajin on dish. Rim pineapple with tajin and fill with ice.

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice and triple sec. Shake well.

Pour into pineapple, garnish with lime and pineapple.
