Chile Ancho Grilled Lamb Chops
You’ve got to love a dinner that looks impressive, tastes unbelievable, but that’s actually quite simple to make. These juicy, lamb loin chops are exactly that and perfect whether you’re planning a small intimate Easter feast or having the entire crowd over for dinner. Lamb is a classic choice to serve for Easter, but today we are marinating our lamb in a smoky ancho glaze which is sure to be a hit at your Easter celebration.
Ancho chiles are the secret ingredient that sets these lamb chops apart. It’s a sweet, smoky chile from south of the border that heightens the flavor of every dish, sauce or salsa you incorporate it into. Serve these moist lamb chops with whipped sweet potatoes, a spring orzo salad and plenty of Kendall-Jackson Gran Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon to complete the meal.
