How to Make Strawberry Lavender Infused Tequila
I recently share my best tips on How to Host a Girls’ Night In. After a long week there’s nothing I love more having the girls over for a few hours of girl time. We have a chance to re-connect, chat about our week, laugh and enjoy a few nibbles paired with a great cocktail.
Ya’ll know I love a good cocktail and you can pretty much guarantee I’ll have one at just about every party I host. For my latest girls night in I decide to whip up a vibrant infused tequila. Infusing tequila at home is super simple and instead of buying the pre-made stuff loaded with who knows what, you can simply make it yourself at home and customize it to your little heart’s content.

Herbs, spices and fruits the combinations are endless. I make small batches in ball jars to experiment, try new combos and if I am not happy with the results I won’t feel as guilty tossing it. I have yet to toss a batch. Find a few guidelines on how easy it to make your own infused tequila at home.
Today I want to share with you my latest infusion, which I adore. Strawberry lavender infused tequila is not only beautiful, it is sinfully delicious. Sliced strawberries, dried lavender buds mingle with tequila blanco to create a vibrant Spring tequila that the ladies loved.
I wanted to spoil the girls’ so I thought it was only fitting to serve this beautiful infused tequila in ice shot glasses. They add such a festive touch when entertaining and are perfect for girls’ night in.
Warning, these babies melt fast and are meant to be presented and sipped up right away! I suggest removing your ice shot glasses from mold, placing them on your serving tray and stashing them in the freezer until ready to serve. I served them tableside, allowing the girls to serve themselves. They were a hit!
