My Mango Guacamole kicks up the classic recipe with a tropical twist. Made with ripe avocados, mangoes, lime juice, cilantro, onion, and jalapeño. This dip is easy to prepare and perfect for your next cocktail hour.
It’s not cocktail hour without plenty of chips and guacamole. My mango guacamole is a snap to whip up and will be the hit of cocktail hour paired with an icy cold margarita.
A hint of sweetness from the mango pairs wonderfully with the spicy kick of the jalapeno. Feel free to remove the seeds for less heat, or use pickled jalapenos as a substitution.
Served with a pile of tortilla chips and a margarita my mango guacamole can be easily made with a few fresh ingredients.
