Spring is here! And I can’t think of any cocktail that screams spring more than a fabulous paloma. A tequila based cocktail typically made with grapefruit soda I decide to use fresh ruby red grapefruit and give this paloma a vibrant fresh kick with fresh raspberries. These palomas are incredible! ¡Salud!
- 12 fresh raspberries
- fresh lime juice from 1 lime plus two additional slices of lime
- 6 ounces tequila
- 1 cup fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces agave syrup
- club soda
- Lime slices plus raspberries for garnish
Place 6 raspberries, plus one lime slice in each (8 ounce) cocktail glass. Muddle. To each glass: fill halfway with ice, Add 3 ounces tequila, ½ cup grapefruit juice, lime juice and 1 ounce agave. Stir and top with club soda; garnish with lime slice and raspberries.

Looks yummy. Sometimes our HEB has fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. That would really make this easy to fix.
