Easy Blender Coquito

I gifted the gift of Coquito this Holiday season to my family and friends, and it was a BIG hit!

Coquito is a traditional coconut punch served throughout the Holiday season. Similar to eggnog, but packed with delicious coconut flavor and spiked with rum.  Coquito is best served chilled.

Coquito is SO easy to make guys, it only requires a blender. I like to serve it in a punch bowl with an ice ring garnished with cinnamon sticks, it makes for a stunning holiday presentation.

This year I whipped up a triple batch, poured the coquito into mason jars and gifted them to family and friends. I received so many texts, phone calls asking for the recipe that I decided it was time to share this creamy, dreamy cocktail with you.

¡Salud!
