They say good things come in small packages, and when it comes to mini desserts, pies are always on the top of the list. Mini pies are the perfect end to a meal, topped with a scoop of ice cream. My mini mango pies are made with juicy, ripe mangos all packed into a crumbly, sweet crust.
All you need is a cupcake pan and you are on the way to baking up these adorable mini mango pies. I recently baked up a double batch to celebrate summer with the familia for Sunday dinner, which got me thinking these mini pies would be a wonderful party food dessert.
