Spicy Citrus Baked Salmon recipe

My spicy citrus baked salmon is moist and flavorful, and it’s what weeknight dinners are all about!

Easy to make, made in under 30 minutes and from oven to table.

Spicy citrus baked salmon is one of the easiest recipes to make – all you need is a few ingredients, salmon, and green beans. The sauce comes together in a snap, baked on a baking sheet and we let the oven do all the work.

This is hands-down the salmon recipe that I make most often in my house. It’s a foolproof recipe that I can quickly whip up on a busy weeknight. Plus is makes for a delicious lunch option for my daughter the next day.

The great thing about a simple recipe like this is that it’s versatile enough to switch it up. Today I am making this recipe with green beans, but you can totally swap out the green beans for broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, or a mix of vegetables.

I add pickled jalapenos to my sauce for a spicy touch, but feel free to omit them if you prefer a non-spicy version.

For my sauce I am using  Oléico® High Oleic Safflower Oil  which has a mild flavor  that  does  not over power other flavors, so it is a good choice for a variety of dishes. Oléico® High Oleic Safflower Oil is a good source of omega-9 fatty acids, which are considered to be beneficial for heart health. Oléico® High Oleic Safflower Oil is non – GMO & Kosher certified.
