Pineapple-Lime Tequila Cooler
Spring is here!ย I canโt tell you how excited this Texan is spruce up her backyard, dust off the outdoor furniture and entertain outside again.ย Nothing beats a day of feasting on great food with family and friends outside.ย And of course we need a festive Spring cooler to sip on as we chat the day away.
This Pineapple-Lime Tequila Cooler has Spring written all over it. Refreshing, colorful, sweet and brimming with tequila –really what else does one need?ย
Cocktail Tip: Slice your limes paper thin using a mandolin or super sharp knife.ย Use them to make ice cubes or float in cooler for a festive touch.ย Also as they float they soak in all that tequila goodness, so feel free to nibble on them in between servings. Yum! ย

Margaret Flores says
Good morning Vianney, it’ll be a year in May that I found you and you’ve added a lot of food for thought and great reciepe’s to my life and just wanted to say Thank You ๐ When I travel I always carry a smallish Nija blender as I couldn’t imagine sitting around hotel pool’s and not having a Margarita at hand ๐
Thanks for this Margarita recipe it was just what I’m looking for, I’ll be visiting Galveston in May spending time with family and friends and this will be the drink I’ll be serving. Keep up doing what your doing cuz,you do it so well.
Lastly I know exactly how you feel about Spring’s arrival, here in New York this winter has been brutle , in all my 28 years as a transplanted Texan I’ve never been through one this tuff, at the end of many a work day and through long snowy weekends trying out your taste of home recipe’s ( and knocking back a good margarita ) helped me muddle through and now Yippy Skippy it’s Spring at long last.
