Easy Chicken Tortas
An easy weeknight dinner idea that everyone will love. Tortas are Mexican sandwich that can be eaten cold or warm. These sandwiches can be filled with chicken, beef, pork or grilled vegetables and make the perfect weeknight meal. I like to rely on my slow cooker on busy weeks and try to offer a few toppings so that everyone can customize their own torta.

I love tortas! They are a nice change from tacos.
