Easy Concha Marshmallows

Easy concha marshmallows are the perfect topping for your Christmas cocoa. Easy concha marshmallows made in under ten minutes with diced conchas and miniature marshmallows are gooey goodness perfect for spooning over steamy mugs of cocoa.

Y’all know I love creating new sweets with my beloved concha.

The holidays are the merriest time to enjoy conchas.

I’m hoping for some winter weather this year in Texas, with no humidity. C’mon on Santa.

I want to sit outside with a warm mug of cocoa, by the fire and sip on hot cocoa topped with two, three heaping spoons of concha marshmallows. Yum!

Fluffy melted marshmallow swirled with diced conchas will keep you warm throughout the holiday season. I picked up the cutest mugs from HEB shaped like Christmas trees. They would make great gifts with a hot cocoa mix and a jar of my concha marshmallows.

Today I am kicking up your Christmas cocoa with concha marshmallows!

Concha marshmallows made in a skillet, in under ten minutes are fluffy, gooey, sweet, and super easy to make.

3 INGREDIENT CONCHA MARSHMALLOWS

My concha marshmallows only require 3 ingredients. YAY!

Conchas – for this recipe I used mini conchas, pero you can totally use regular size conchas.

Butter – a few tablespoons of butter

Mini marshmallows – store-0bought marshmallows for the win! You can use any size for this recipe.

HOW TO MAKE CONCHA MARSHMALLOWS

Heat butter in large skillet over low heat.

Once butter has melted, add marshmallows, stir to coat, and allow to melt.

While marshmallows melt, dice conchas.

Once all marshmallows have melted sprinkle diced conchas over melted marshmallows, cover and remove from heat.

Serve hot cocoa, top with concha marshmallows.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in fridge – quickly warm in the microwave until marshmallows are soft.

• 6 mini conchas or 3 conchas

Instructions

1. Heat butter in large skillet over low heat.
2. Once butter has melted, add marshmallows, stir to coat, and allow to melt.
