Guava Coconut Cocktail

I am bursting with pride! My little sister has graduated from college and is on her way to making her dreams come true!

What a great accomplishment to begin the New Year.ย  I plan on toasting withย her when she arrives tomorrow for a short visit!

Sometimes life hands you a heavy plate, but with passion, drive and dedicationย amazing blessingsย will follow!

The flavors of guava and coconutย blend together in this festive cocktail bursting with color!

Felicidades Hermanita !!ย  Let’s Celebrate!!

Guava Coconut Cocktail
Servings: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce coconut juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 2 ounces guava juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice combined with a splash of agave
Instructions
  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and serve in chilled martini glasses. Garnish with lime slice and guavas slices.

    I’m curious about your coconut juice – do you get it directly from the coconut? Do you get a young green one?

      Hi Tammy,
      I used fresh coconut juice, from a vendor at my local fruit market. Feel free to use what is accesible in your area!
