The holiday season is in full swing, bring on those holiday parties! I’ve stocked my fridge with plenty of champagne, my freezer is brimming with pre-made cookie dough ready to be popped into the oven and baked. And today I want to share one of the easiest appetizers that are always a hit at my fiestas. These tostada bites are crunchy, savory and only require four ingredients, hello easy-delicious goodness.
Crispy tortillas are topped with creamy Sabra jalapeno hummus, a sprinkle of queso cotija then layer on a few slices of crunchy radish or cilantro is all you need to make this savory appetizer.
Feel free to substitute store purchased tortillas chips, but I prefer you make them at how where you can control the seasoning or bake them and avoid frying all together. I’ve made these tasty bites numerous times changing out toppings. Avocado slices, sliced olives, crumbled pork rinds (swoon) or dollops of sour cream also great ideas to top off these tostada bites.
