Orange Persimmon Margarita

Confession: The plan was to make a salad. This salad. I’m not sure when the salad plan went awry and the juicer came out.

Funny how that happens.

The outcome was gorgeous. I am simply in love with this shade of orange.

Like sunshine in a glass..that you drink…mixed with tequila. This margarita made my week. Gloomy days got a kick of citrus flavor swimming in persimmon sweetness. Enjoy!!

  14. This is the third wonderful citrus cocktail I’ve seen today—could it have something to do with the fact that we’re all stuck in mid-February? This looks luscious!

  16. Hum – it’s going to take awhile to figure out how a salad turns into a margarita. That’s a new one on me. :) But I have to say, if it weren’t 9:30 am, I’d be in there making this margarita! It does look delicious! Oh hell, it’s 5 pm somewhere. :) Have a great weekend! Thanks for the ping to my salad!
