Orange Persimmon Margarita
Confession: The plan was to make a salad. This salad. I’m not sure when the salad plan went awry and the juicer came out.
Funny how that happens.
The outcome was gorgeous. I am simply in love with this shade of orange.
Like sunshine in a glass..that you drink…mixed with tequila.ย This margarita made myย week.ย Gloomy days got a kick of citrusย flavor swimming in persimmonย sweetness. Enjoy!!

Haha the juicer probably came out once that tequila craving hit. ๐ Or when you realized just how delicious this would be. LOVE persimmons.

This is the third wonderful citrus cocktail I’ve seen today—could it have something to do with the fact that we’re all stuck in mid-February? This looks luscious!
Do you need a juicer to get fresh persimmon juice?

Hum – it’s going to take awhile to figure out how a salad turns into a margarita. That’s a new one on me. ๐ But I have to say, if it weren’t 9:30 am, I’d be in there making this margarita! It does look delicious! Oh hell, it’s 5 pm somewhere. ๐ Have a great weekend! Thanks for the ping to my salad!
