Easy Oatmeal Recipes
I love oatmeal, always have. A wonderful breakfast option or late lunch (which happens more than I care to admit). My used to make us hot steamy cups of atole before we headed out to class each morning, it lined the belly with a blanket of sheer comfort.
My girls enjoy their oatmeal with a handful of berries or baked into a cookie. My husband enjoys his filled with a thick layer of guava and baked until golden. He’s got good taste that one!

They asked if I would share a little about the Spar for the Spurtle – The Unites States Porridge Making Championship along with a few of my favorite oatmeal recipes…. too easy. Shout out to Bob’s Red Mill!
