Iced Café de Olla Cocktail
I love coffee.
I absolutely adore it.
I look forward to my first cup every morning. A quiet house, me sipping a fresh cup of coffee – a tiny slice of heaven. I also love hosting brunch on the weekends and coffee is always must for brunch. Nothing hits the spot more than a heaping plate of steamy chilaquiles plus a cup of coffee.
Today I want to share with you an iced coffee cocktail with a kick. It’s the perfect cocktail to serve your guests at brunch or a great way to treat yourself after a long week. I like to serve this ice coffee cocktail at brunch, when it’s totally acceptable to get a little tipsy before 11 a.m. ¡Salud!
