Bring on Sunday and football food!!

Football food at our home can be a all night affair tenderly caring for a smoked brisket or as simple as pulling our favorite panty staples. This Sunday we went with VELVEETA® and Ro*Tel® for Ultimate Nachos.

Texans have a diehard love for VELVEETA® and Ro*Tel®, its true ask any Texan. Pair a heap of nachos with a cold beer and this gal’s in heaven; yup I’m easy to please.

When I received an invitation to work with VELVEETA® and Ro*Tel® this Texan was excited! Perfect excuse to eat queso!!

What I love about these nachos is that they are EASY, my kids can help with the prep and even daddy can handle this alone. Enjoy!

Ultimate Nachos

1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
8oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
7 cups tortilla chips (about 6 oz.)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL®Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, well drained

Brown meat in skillet; drain.

Microwave VELVEETA®in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until completely melted, stirring after 30 seconds.

Place chips on large platter; top with VELVEETA®, meat and remaining ingredients.
